hi there, yogi!
If we haven’t met yet, my name is Ria - I'm a yoga-teaching, Nigella-aspiring, luxury-loving mum who lives in the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside with my family and two characterful cats Mohawk and Sunny - and I'm absolutely passionate about bringing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to today's busy world.
Whether you're a complete newbie, or a seasoned yogi, I invite you to come along and join me on a journey to bring the mind and body into balance through a playful exploration of both the physical and spiritual aspects of Yoga.
Using a delicious mix of inspiring Vinyasa Flow yoga and relaxing Yin yoga, I have carefully created my refreshing programme of classes, courses & wonderful retreats to provide you with exactly what you need to escape from life for a little while.
I hope that we get the opportunity to practice together and I'm delighted that you are here.

Not a membership kind of person but still want to attend some classes? Don't worry, you can book any of my classes on a pay-as-you-go basis too. Payment is required at the time of booking, and is non-refundable if you don't make it to class.

PLEASE NOTE
If Government guidelines advise against holding
in-person yoga classes, then those classes will be replaced by a live-stream Zoom yoga session.
