Book in for a private one-to-one appointment where you get 1 hour of my undivided time for the yoga YOU want. This could be improving your alignment in certain poses you find tricky, working on strength in certain areas or just a lovely flow at a time convenient for you. Discounts available for multiple sessions booked - get in touch to discuss options. LOCATION: Ria's home studio, Green Hammerton (can travel to your location, however additional fee may be charged) DURATION & COST: £30 per hour
