And suddenly you know:
It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings
With the coming of Spring, focus on you, from the inside out. Join us for this inspiring pop-up yoga event as we learn directly from nature, the beauty of blooming and renewal. The coming of Spring is a time where the energies of new birth and creativity are at their highest. A sublime, illuminating reminder that light is returning, as it always does.
The Equinoxes mark the time of the year when day and night are in balance, when the light and dark of the year is in balance, and when we look to restore balance in ourselves. The Spring Equinox is a time to focus on new beginnings, and as we move from the Winter into the lighter half of the year, to focus on the seeds that you wish to sow for the coming year.
Join us for some delightful outdoor Vinyasa Flow yoga and mindful moments to celebrate this special event and inspire your year ahead. Spring is in the air... change is coming!
If this speaks to your soul then I would love you to join us
for this magical evening of yoga and inspiration.

What do I need to bring?
This yoga event will be held outside (weather permitting), so please wear appropriate clothing and layers. Mats and blankets will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Do I need to be a yoga expert to be able to join in?
No, not at all. All abilities are very welcome.
What if it rains or if the weather is really bad?
Don't worry, this event will still go ahead. We will just move into the hall instead of outside, but we'll make it just as magical.
