AN UPLIFTING WINTER SOLSTICE YOGA EVENT
21ST DECEMBER 2020
PERFECT POSE PRESENTS
Join us as for a special pop-up yoga event celebrating the Winter Solstice. Tap into the energy of the moon and set your intentions for the coming phase of your life. Take the opportunity to journey within yourself to plant the seeds to manifest what you want in your life. Slow down, open the mind and indulge in restorative candlelit Yin yoga & guided meditation that gives us the chance to nourish our souls and bring us light as we welcome the end of the year.
"She had the moon in her hands and the stars in her eyes"
Yin yoga is done mostly lying down so you can completely relax into each pose. Props are used to help you hold gentle supportive postures that will deeply restore the body and calm the mind and central nervous system in a warm environment lit by candlelight. The Winter Solstice is considered the most powerful moment of the solar year; it is the turning point from the longest night to growing light, our chance to welcome the rebirth and honour the manifestation of light. This exclusive pop-up yoga event is perfect for all those wishing to be responsible for their own destiny and those who want to feel empowered to succeed in their biggest dreams for the year to come. During the evening we will ponder upon an action to take, or a question to reflect upon, when we draw upon the power of the moon by selecting our individual oracle cards to help us to set our intentions for the new year or move on from things that have been holding us back. Then enjoy delicious homemade winter treats before heading home.
If this speaks to your soul then I would love you to join us
for this magical evening of yoga and self-love.
